What if we want to add items?

What is priority scheduling?
- You are a priority! If you need additional services not included in your maintenance plan, you will receive first choice on our schedule over non-subscribers.
What if we wish to cancel?
- Though we promise to give a 100% satisfaction guarantee, we understand life happens. As long as written notice is provided 30 days before your next scheduled date, you may cancel your subscription.
- What is considered written notice? Email info@steadyhomemaintenance.com or written letter mailed to: Steady Home Maintenance, PO Box 320251, Flowood, MS 39232.
- If you paid in full, you will receive a refund for the work not yet completed. Paid in full subscribers received a discount on services based on an annual commitment. The refund will reflect a deduction for discounts received on work already completed.

Exterior
- Check for rotted wood
- Check sealant around windows and doors (exterior)
- Check for foundation cracks
- Check insulation on suction line outside and in attic
- Check cleanliness of condenser unit
- Check weather stripping and sweeps. Look for light and feel for air
- Check all faucets outside for leaks
- Check exterior outlets
- Inspect fence if there, check gates for operation
- Look for GFIs in proper location
Interior
- Check faucets inside for leaks
- Check stoppers on sinks
- Check p-traps and drains for leaks
- Check and operate all toilets
- Check interior and exterior doors for proper operation and security
- Visually inspect cabinet doors/drawers for sagging and glides for operation
- Check for interior drywall cracks, walls and ceilings
- Operate vent fans (see if they vent in attic)
- Interior caulk around shower, tub surrounds, and sinks
- Check for GFI outlets where needed; test outlets
- Check for smoke detectors
- Check attic pipe insulation
- Check for double tap neutrals in the panel
- Check for proper vent fan and exhaust fan ventilation
