When the client decided to relocate their laundry room years before, they couldn’t quite finish off the new pantry to their liking. This became a unique project for us at Steady Home Maintenance. Our job included decommissioning of the washer/dryer hookups, demolishing and removing the small sink followed by the lower cabinet. We custom built lower cabinets and shaker doors to match the upper ones. A new, larger sink suitable for mop and cleaning was installed. This project also saw the addition of a butcher block top and backsplash. To create a uniform look, we added a matching butcher block top to the bay window to integrate it with the pantry. In addition to all these, we also added floating shelves to open cabinets near the bay window, using butcher block to match the other elements included in the remodel- aspects of this project that are not pictured.
